Tango Fantástico's instruction in Argentine Tango is geared toward mastering the communication between leader and follower with an emphasis on improvisation that will allow flexibility in the dance. We will explore opportunities to adjust, adapt and modify moves in order to master continuous navigation across the dance floor with interest and imagination.

Class series are generally scheduled weekly and allow for newcomers to join the fundamental level every month. Tango Seduccion, Fundamentals and Basic Elements courses are best taken in consecutive weeks as fundamental aspects of the dance will compound to develop a traditional foundation.

Workshops are condensed sessions, requiring more intense concentration and focus.

It is highly recommended that students complete at least one series of fundamental classes or workshops. Tango Apasionado, Mo' Tango and Ready, Set, Tango are focused toward combining steps into figures and introducing more complex moves for leader and follower. Advanced classes and workshops are for the more accomplished tango dancer where attention will be given to technique, rhythm, syncopation and styling.

“As always, my lesson with Jorge was a transcendental experience.  When else do you get to spend time exploring your inner being for your true self, expressed through dancing.  I always come away from these lessons with Jorge with a much more balanced, relaxed approach to dancing and to life.”
