Basic Elements (Beginners I)

Touching on the socio-economic roots of tango, add a splash of Argentine etiquette and generous portions of traditional music to fill our hearts – we meet on the dance floor. 

First we learn how to communicate with our partner – without words – moving in unison, one leading the other following. 

Gradually we address the walking and pivot turns that are fundamental to Argentine Tango.  With fluidity and elegance we tie the pieces together, creating improvised patterns that never get dull.
